Hello! I'm Jared, nice to meet you. I grew up in Atlanta but decided to move to the Upper Valley because I fell in love with its stunning mountains and the amazing community here. Building has always been my passion, and I've been doing it for as long as I can remember. I take pride in keeping up with the latest knowledge about building science and building codes so that my clients can benefit from the latest and best practices. When I'm not working, you'll find me biking with the UV Velo group or getting involved in city life as a member of Lebanon's Pedestrian & Bicyclist Advisory Committee.
Derek Folsom / Foreman
Hey, how's it going? I'm Derek, and I'm in charge of construction at MJ Toon. I've been a lifelong resident of New Hampshire and have accumulated a solid 25 years of experience building projects in the New England area. I pride myself on being a problem-solver and always approaching challenges with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor. When I'm not on the job, you'll find me coaching my kids' basketball and baseball teams, or enjoying a round of golf at the Montcalm Golf Club.
Mimi Hains / Interior Designer and Project Manager
Bonjour! I’m Mimi and I’m both the interior designer and project coordinator at MJ Toon. I’m originally from Montréal, that’s where my accent and personality are from! I started working in the construction industry 15 years ago in Nunavik with the Inuit communities and ended up specializing in luxury interiors when I followed my husband to New England. When I’m not working, you can catch me restoring headstones in Lebanon’s beautiful cemeteries or hosting photography workshops!
